Yes, that's right: Spiderman takes E55 Street.
Well, you know New York is his hometown. So it should come as no surprise to find Spidey hanging down in this public space in the Upper East Side. This one was a teaser, here's a full view of the space and the man.

It is a good photo and the exit sign makes it even more interesting.

I wish I could see your photos better (320 pixel photos like yours appear slightly larger than thumbnails on my hi-res screen).
I don't think Spiderman has visited Boston yet. Too bad, because I kinda like the guy :).
HA! I took a photo of that Spiderman too but never got a chance to post it on my blog. It is quite amazing, isn't it??
Glad you're posting it.
Hey, that's the Sony building (Madison Av. between 55th and 56th), isn't it? Remembers me of the Drake, where I used to mostly stay while in town.
Spider looks great! Glad to find another NYC DP...
oldmanlincoln: thank you. :)
fénix: sorry about that. I'll try to post the Flickr link from now on but that one was somehow a little small. I have no idea why. We'd gladly send you Spidey but he's a real NYer, affraid to get out of the city.
ming: you should post it!
