looking up

wave hill

Here's a picture taken this weekend at Wave Hill in Riverdale, a very nice neighborhood in The Bronx. Wave Hill is a lovely public park in an estate overlooking the Hudson River. I just paid my membership, so be prepared for more pictures of the place.
I was walking through the forest and looked up to snap this one. With that perfectly blue sky and the nicely drawn leaves, doesn't it look slightly tropical? Or is it just me, needing some farniente time on an island far-far-away?

Wave Hill en été cela doit ressembler au Paradis. Vraiment un endroit que j'adore. tu y vas comment ? (il y a peut etre plus simple que metro/bus/marche a pied)

I don't think I've never been there before. Now I wish I had explored a little more.

Yes, post more photos of Wave Hill and Riverdale.

Girl, that is a beautiful photo. I love seeing the underside of the ferns. They work so well with your wispy clouds set against the beautiful almost navy sky. Great capture ... keep looking up.

I live on a caribbean island and although it looks nice, that does not look tropical at all. You need to go on a vacation at the tropics.
