A beautiful breakfast indeed! After almost a week in New Mexico, where breakfasts were too hearty and almost always involved eggs, cheese and either red or green chile sauce, I was happy to get back to my regular breakfasts. Usually, it's a bowl of some fiberiffic cereal with 1% milk and half a multigrain English muffin with either a shmear of peanut butter or one fried egg.
